THE STORY
Charles Dickens shows us Ebenezer Scrooge as he falls asleep in his dingy, cold quarters on Christmas Eve. The old miser is visited by three ghosts, each revealing to Scrooge his wrongdoings — and what will happen if he continues in his ways.
This is a traditional holiday classic for the whole family, with traditional Christmas carols to help you get into the Christmas spirit.

Thirty‑five years of a holiday tradition
Ebenezer Scrooge, from a previous season of the production.
Wally Hinds has been involved in A Christmas Carol since 1991. It began at The Village Playhouse of Roswell and then Kudzu Playhouse. When Kudzu Playhouse retired in 2010 it moved to Bulloch Hall, staged by The Kudzu Players. It has also been seen at The Dancing Goat, for four years at The Canton Theatre, and for two years at Georgia Ensemble Theatre in Sandy Springs.
This year we are thrilled to bring A Christmas Carol to the Rena Hinton Theatre in conjunction with Acworth Cultural Arts. We have loyal patrons who have been with us for many years, and we hope you will join us for this Christmas holiday classic.
